From initial inquiry to signing the franchise agreement typically takes 60–90 days. Our standard royalty fee is 5% of gross weekly sales. The brand advertising fund contribution is 2% of gross sales, used for national and regional marketing. There are no hidden fees. Multi-unit operators receive reduced royalty rates as part of their development agreement. All fees are fully disclosed in our FDD.

Yes. Each franchisee is granted a protected territory based on population, demographics, and market potential. We will not open a company-owned or approve another franchisee location within your protected territory during the term of your agreement. The size of the territory is negotiated based on market size and your development commitment.
